New BP planetary mixers: more intuitive and robust

We present the new range of Sammic BP planetary mixers, a series designed for daily work in professional kitchens seeking reliability, hygiene and clear, intuitive operation.

The range, comprising the BP-10, BP-20, BP-30 and BP-40 models, includes stainless steel tools that are more robust and ready for intensive use. They are also dishwasher-safe, making cleaning easier and helping maintain high standards of hygiene day after day.

Another key improvement in this new range is the new keypad with display, which improves process visualisation and control. Operation is more intuitive and allows you to work with greater precision. BP mixers allow you to configure up to nine customisable programmes, adapting to different recipes and preparations, and feature three pre-set programmes, each with a fixed speed (2, 5 and 9), which can be adjusted at any time according to the needs of the process. The system includes alarm notifications with a clear indication of the reason on the display, making it easy to understand the issue immediately.

In terms of safety, the BP-40 model also includes an emergency stop button, in accordance with current regulations.

The remaining features are unchanged from our current planetary mixers, maintaining the size equivalence with the BE range and a robust, reliable construction, designed to keep pace with the demanding rhythm of the professional kitchen with complete confidence.
