The key to Déli-cut PLUS lies in the new WG-6 grid, a completely new grid in our Sammic catalogue.
Its design, with a radial blade arrangement and without complete crossovers between the blades, has been conceived to work better with products such as onion, preventing skins from building up during cutting. This not only improves hygiene and makes cleaning easier, but also allows for a cleaner, more respectful cut, with less juice loss and reduced oxidation. The grid is much easier to clean, speeding up daily work in high-volume kitchens.
