XM-12: Mayonnaise and emulsions

Making mayonnaise with our XM-12 blender really is simple. Thanks to its different speeds, you can make a stable emulsion and then add air for a very special airy texture.

The head of the XM-12 is designed to achieve an emulsion more quickly, with a better result. Thanks to the speeds you can add another flavour to the mayonnaise you have already finished, in oil or solid form, and decrease the speed to the minimum to incorporate the different ingredients.

  • 2 Eggs
  • Vinegar 300 g
  • Oil 1.000g
  • Salt 8g
