Sammic exhibits at HCJ2019 show in Tokyo

It is a pleasure to announce that, thanks to our partner Kitazawa, we are present at HCJ2019 show in Tokyo, Japan. The event takes place in Tokyo Big Sight from 19th to 22nd February, 2019. 

Thanks to Kitazawa, our food preservation and sous-vide cooking equipment is present at the show (Stand 3-S01). On the first day of the show, our partner has prepared chicken using our SmartVide immersion circulator, finishing it on Ibushigin charcoal yakitori grill.

With a history of over 40 years, HCJ is highly recognized by all professionals in the Japanese hospitality industry. HCJ is a "must-visit" show, especially for those involved in opening new hotels, restaurants and commercial facilities.

Three events are held simultaneously:

• Hoteres Japan: International Trade Show for hotels, "ryokan"s, restaurants, travel, and facilities. 
• Caterex Japan: Food and catering trade show for catering and food services.
• Japan Food Service Equipment Show: Equipment for commercial kitchens and food services trade show.
