Rack conveyor dishwashers, when service continuity is key

In a professional kitchen with a high workload, the build-up of dishware can become a problem if the ware washing system is unable to keep pace with service.
Hotels, hospitals, mass catering canteens and large restaurants need solutions that guarantee a continuous workflow without compromising hygiene or washing quality.
Rack conveyor dishwashers are designed precisely to meet this need. Their continuous operation, with an output of up to 5,000 plates/hour, allows you to maintain a high washing capacity throughout the day, avoiding bottlenecks even at peak times. In addition, by operating without drops in temperature, they guarantee constant hygiene conditions and consistent results in every cycle.
At Sammic, we offer a robust, efficient range of rack conveyor dishwashers that can be adapted to different working environments. Their high-efficiency washing system ensures constant performance even in the most demanding services, while compliance with DIN 10510 guarantees a minimum contact time of 2 minutes for effective disinfection.

We have also paid special attention to maintenance and ease of use. The washing arms are easily detachable to speed up cleaning, and the surface filters help retain residues and maintain the machine’s performance over time. In addition, front access to the main components makes technical maintenance easier and reduces intervention times.
Comfort in the ware washing area also makes a difference. That is why our machines can incorporate a steam condenser that reduces ambient humidity and improves working conditions. By recovering part of the heat generated during operation, this system also helps optimise energy consumption.

To adapt to different production needs, the dishwashers feature two conveyor speeds, allowing you to adjust the working pace according to the volume of dishware or its level of soiling. Likewise, the angled loading system helps make better use of the available space and increase productivity in every cycle.
A modular solution for every project
Not all kitchens have the same needs. That is why our rack conveyor dishwashers can be configured with different modules, allowing each installation to be adapted to its workload and specific requirements.
Pre-wash module
Installed before the main washing phase, it removes a large proportion of food remains, grease and adhered dirt by means of a dedicated pump and specific washing arms. In this way, it reduces the soil load reaching the main wash, improves final results and promotes more efficient use of water, energy and detergent.
Double-rinse module
In installations with high production levels, double rinsing provides an added level of hygiene and finishing quality. The intermediate phase removes a large proportion of detergent residues before the final rinse, making it possible to obtain brighter dishware free from chemical residues, while optimising the use of clean water.
Drying module
When dishware needs to return to service immediately, drying becomes a fundamental stage. This module uses controlled hot air to guarantee fast, uniform drying, avoiding manual drying, reducing handling of the dishware and ensuring that it is ready for use as soon as it leaves the machine.

Thanks to this modularity, every kitchen can have a solution adapted to its real needs, optimising productivity, hygiene and operational efficiency without compromising the reliability and continuity of service.
