New removable shredding discs: efficiency and hygiene

To coincide with the renewed vegetable preparation machine, their shredding&grating discs have been updated. The new discs maintain the high level of efficiency of the previous ones and can be removed without using tools. This makes them ideal for cleaning in the dishwasher after each use.

The development of this range responds to the requirements of major North American chains. 

This development prevents raw product from being accumulated on the edges between the disc holder and the disc itself, thus preventing the bacterial proliferation that this accumulation can cause.
