American pancake recipe

Do you fancy making fluffy, golden American pancakes that are really easy to prepare?

Ingredients:
- 250 g plain flour
- 100 g egg
- 300 g milk
- 50 g sugar
- 10 g baking powder
- 30 g melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
For plating
- A little oil or butter for the frying pan
- Blueberries to taste
- Blackberries to taste
- Icing sugar to taste
- Honey to taste
- 2 small cubes of butter to finish
Preparation:

1. Place the eggs, milk and sugar in the cutter-mixer & emulsifier and mix for 1 minute until you obtain a smooth base.
2. Add the previously sifted flour, baking powder, salt and melted butter.
3. Mix for 2 minutes until you achieve a smooth batter with the right texture for your American pancakes.
4. Leave the batter to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and lightly grease it with a little oil or butter.
6. Pour in small portions of batter and cook the pancakes one by one.
7. As the pancakes are cooked, place them on a plate one on top of another and finish plating with two small cubes of butter, blueberries, blackberries, a little icing sugar and a drizzle of honey.
