Déli-cut, our exclusive 4 x 4 x 8 mm brunoise-style cut, is the most universal and versatile option for the chef when cooking, sautéing, dressing salads and preparations, making fillings, and much more.
Combine the FCE-4x4G slicing disc with the FMC-8D grid to achieve the Déli-cut.
Déli-cut PLUS: A real solution for onion cutting
5 x 5 x 6 mm cut for high-water-content products
Designed to achieve #ThePerfectCut for onions and other high-water-content products. An efficient, uniform onion cut that's easy to clean.
Combine the FCE-5x5G slicing disc with the new WG-6 grid to achieve the Déli-cut PLUS. The blade arrangement of this grid treats the product more gently, allowing the onion to retain its juiciness and freshness for longer, extending its shelf life.

Quick Cleaner has been designed for an efficient, quick and safe grid cleaning operation. The kit consists of a grid holder and specific cleaners for each grid size and is available for 8x8mm and 10x10mm dicing grids.
